*Please Note: A ‘preliminary cost analysis’ will only be provided after the relevant parties have signed the engagement agreement & the required ‘consultation’ fee has been received.

16) In order for us to produce the most accurate & competitive price possible, it is preferred that as many of the above documents be supplied where possible. If this is not possible a ‘Cost Estimate’ or ‘Ballpark’ price may be provided (at the discretion of Diverse Developments Pty Ltd). This preliminary ‘cost estimate’ will be non-binding and will be subject to final documentation being provided to the satisfaction of Diverse Developments Pty Ltd.

17) A thorough ‘fixed price’ construction cost will be provided within 4-weeks (usually much less) after receiving the ‘consultation fee’ payment and ALL the required construction documents. If Diverse Developments fails in this regard, the preliminary agreement / ‘consultation fee’ will be refunded in full.

18) If the ‘fixed price’ project quote is accepted, the preliminary ‘consultation fee’ will be deducted from the final contract price*
*Please Note: If you decide not to proceed with Diverse Developments for the completion of your project, this fee will be forfeited & is non-refundable.
